Happy Birthday, Jordan!

Hi friends,
Today is a bittersweet day for me. Jordan, my little one, is officially a teen today. I had so much fun with him when he was a baby- there were always grins & giggles when he was around! While I've been down in the dumps thinking about how fast he's grown, he couldn't be happier to FINALLY be a teenager. It's been a time he's eagerly anticipated because with 13 comes lots of things we've said "No" to before, now we say "Ugh...OK": PG-13 movies, sitting in the front seat of the car, & ordering from the adult menu at restaurants.

Well, here's the card I made for him:

I tried to keep it basic- not too much stuff going on. I used the Die-namics Jersey and stamp set. I used my circle punch to make the football jersey look a little more basketball-y since that's the sport he plays. I stamped his name in Wild Wasabi & his age in Baja Breeze then I added the little basketball letter stickers. I colored the trim with my copics.

We'll be taking him to eat at Stacked after school. He really likes that place so that's where we're headed.
