ReplyDeleteCongrats on your blogaversary. That is a cute Grover's book. My kids never read that one and we have so many SS books. My favorite growing up was Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs nad Ham.
ReplyDeleteThe book that stands out from my childhood memories the most is Where The Red Fern Grows. My teacher read that to us in the 5th grade and I can honestly say she had us all on the edge of our seats! I still love that book till this day because of her! I've not had the pleasure of getting to use PTI products but have been dying to try them! I've heard nothing but great things about their products! Hugs, Leanne

ReplyDeleteCongrats to you on your second blogaversary from sunny Florida! I had that Grover book, too, it's definitely one of my favorites. But, my favorite one is My Friendly Giraffe. It was a personal story made by Me-Books Publishing in 1972. My Mom and Dad had it written just for me!

Happy Blogversary! Wahoo!!! I enjoy all of your incredible projects and darling ideas for embellishing them. We are BIG readers here- so have lots of favorite books- My twins liked Amelia Bedelia and since I am silly I loved that or a book called the Very Bumpy Bus Ride.....!
ReplyDeleteI am certainthis will date me, but my favorite children's book is the Island of Blue Dolphins. I read this book over and over when I was about 10 or 11. The idea of being left on a deserted island was so exotic and scary all at the same time. Thank you for the chance to win some of my favorite products, PTI.
ReplyDeleteKarli,
ReplyDeleteI just ordered my first stamps from PTI and I can see why you love them so much....I just wondered what took me so long to even try them. I would love to win this set, as I do have it listed on my wish list!! (Oh, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.)
My favorite kid's book.....Hmmmm, there are so many good ones, but the one that stands out to me is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar". The book is very cute and full of bright colors, which is fantastic for little kids. My sons grandmother give me a copy, that has been passed to all the grandkids, so it's very old, very worn and VERY special, so that is why it's my favorite.
Thank you SO much for the chance of winning this prize.
BIG hugs,
Calypso

Such wonderful and fun candy Karli! Your are so generous to offer such a fun selection of PTI goodness! Picking a fave kid's book is like trying to pick my favorite kid, lol! We probably have 1000s in the house (not even exaggerating here). One of our current favorites is Dr. Seuss's The Lorax, it's so funny, but has a good message to go with it.
