HB2U

Hi ya friends,
I'm freeeeeee! Today is the first day of Summer vacation. Sadly, it will be a Staycation this year because my only destination is tuitionville--- paying for my son's college tuition :( Yes, I know it's all good :) but tomorrow we're off to see the new Fast & the Furious movie! Hope it's good!
Today, I have a quick card I made for my friend's birthday.
Here it is:
I let the papers do the heavy lifting for this card. They're from MME -On the Bright Side. The sentiment comes from MFT's Birthday Sentiments stamp set. Then I sprinkled some butterflies & a swirl to finish off the card.

I used this week's sketch at the Sweet Stop:
So what's a girl to do on her first day of vacation??? Laundry and cleaning the house of course :( I may not be a teacher for the next two months, but I'm still a mom of boys  -_-  and there's never a vacation from that!

Tootles!

  2. Love the big sentiment.

Shouldn't a girl craft on her first day of Summer vacation?!?!?

  3. Congrats on making it through another year teaching! Hope you enjoy your break! My school goes until June 7, so I'm trying to keep my third graders busy! As for you card, I love the papers with the sweet butterflies! Super fun card! Thanks for sharing at the Sweet Stop!
