PTI Challenges

Hello friends,
I've created a card for today's PTI Challenge- well, there's really 2 challenges.
One: a sketch Challenge:

Two: a Color Palette Challenge (depending on your username.) Mine is this:
When I saw "my colors" I was horrified. I thought to myself, "Oh, why can't my name be something not h-m!" But it turns out everything is: My username, my first name, my last name --->everything. I couldn't escape it! But I couldn't pass up the chance to try to win this prize:
Ohhhh, with $100, I could buy everything, most everything, A LOT on my wish list! So here's my card:

I clear embossed the flower image & did the emboss resist technique to "pop" the image.
Here's a closer peek:

If you follow PTI, you know they're all about keeping it simple- something I don't do very well. I wanted to leave this card alone, but I didn't know how/where to add white & the large border of Terra Cotta Tile was buggin' me :( so I faux-stitched around the space. Makes me feel better, but maybe it's not PTI simple anymore :( Oh well, good luck to everyone participating! Thanks for peeking :)
