Hoppy Friday Friends!
Tear, tear... it's my last day of Spring Break :( sadly, it just flew by but I have one more card to share before Easter is here. I reeeeally wanted to play in this week's Mojo Monday sketch challenge, but it looked truly challenging, especially with that large fishtail banner across the center.
Here it is:
After a minute, it hit me! I could turn the sketch this way:
...and NOW I knew what to do!!!
Here it is:
Create a tree as my focal point :)! It marks the third (& final) return of the bunny butt :) I used the smallest Rolled Rose for his cotton tail. I hand cut his little feet & added Cotton Candy Stickles to the footpads.
Here's a closer peek:
The tree is made up of 4 layers:
The papers are all MME Lime Twist & Howdy Doody. The fence is MFT Woodgrain fence dienamics. The leafy part of the tree was made with the Picot edge Nesties layered on a blossom Nestie.
Bunny will be hopping along with the following challenges:
CRAFT Challenge: Easter/Spring
Papercraft Star: Anything Goes
7 Kids Challenge: Shades of Spring
Simon Says Stamp Challenge: Fav tool (My Hello Kitty Big Shot & Nesties)
Anything Goes Challenge: Anything Goes
Crafty Sentiments: Bunnies
Tip Top Tuesday: Easter/animal ---> TIP: When using dies, add a piece of wax paper on top of your die for hassle-free retrieval of the die cut :)
That's it for now! Tah tah & tootles!
